"Secrets" Attracting people to hear presentations.

Clothing, gait, facial expression, gesture ... will impress when you first entered the room. Therefore, how you present the  lecture l à extremely important. The strategy of using body language below will help you express yourself effectively. ·

     Body position:

Do not stand right in front of the screen and obscure charts, diagrams, pictures, audiovisual tools serve  the presentation of you.
Stand beside table or screen, you can just use your hands or pointing stick or mouse to focus the audience's attention on the important points.
When speaking, be directed at the audience, do not talk to the screen or diagram on the board.
Do not hide yourself behind a podium or a table or sit where the audience can not see or hear you.

·          Posture:

Stand straight with feet shoulder-width stance, knees down naturally when you do not go back in the room.
This stance will help you look confident, relaxed and powerful.
You should appear comfortable and not awkward, let's practice a few times to get that feeling.

·          Motion
Be very lively when  presentations.
Let's move a little, even if you have to stand on the podium or beside the projector.
Do not hike or do anything weird like run and jump, shake, go fast or actions cause unnecessary distraction.

·    Gesture

Please provide natural gestures but not machines too.
Be careful, do not make the gesture may be considered rude or offensive culturally. For example, for a Japanese audience, a sign "OK" that the U.S. or use his hands again meant no good.

·          expression

Use facial expressions to show interest, enthusiasm, empathy and understanding of you.
The appropriate expression will help you become more credible to the audience.
Be honest! Ideally you should test yourself before the mirror practicing facial expressions.
Constantly smiling naturally.

·          Communicating through eye contact

Regular viewers will look feel they are not heirs.
Please stop for a few seconds looking at someone's eyes before putting another person.
If time  communication  through eye contact that lasts more than 3-5 seconds, the listener will feel uncomfortable.
When your audience does not see anymore, that would be the first sign that they no longer listen to you.
